GAME SUMMARY

Ashes to Gunpowder is a 2D Top down shooter game where the player plays as Hime the last descendant of an ancient eastern clan.

 

Hime the last descendant of the light clan is tasked by the Amaterasu the God of Light to use the power of light and cleanse the corrupted land which is filled with cursed malicious spirits.

Producer

  • Set team meeting dates, goals and rules 
     

  • Create a system using excel sheet where everyone can be updated to the task they are working on.
     

  • Handles milestone report and create video journal.

Some of the team members have different classes and different schedules. By creating a weekly scrum sheet, it allow the other team members to know what task is one another doing and how long does it takes to complete their current task. It allows me the producer to check if any task is delay. If there is dependencies on the delayed task, the person waiting will know how long he or she needs to wait and can work on another task while waiting the task that is being delayed to hand over.
