In this project, I've set up two compulsory meeting days. One at the start of the week and the other at the end of the week. By setting up these two meeting days, the team have better team coordination as the start of the week meeting helps the team to understand the purpose and task need to be done in that week. The meeting at the end of the week is usually to review how much the team has done for that week's task and how much time is needed if a task is not completed.
In addition, being a producer also helps to lighten the mood of the team. Bringing the team to go for dinner helps to increase motivation for the team and increase the bond between one another.
